Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging (sealed), and in the same condition as received.
- Any items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

- Please provide your order number with image of the product and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Refund:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
