1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

2. Products & Services

We offer products including but not limited to:

  • Ghee Diyas

  • A2 Cow Ghee

  • Aroma Diffusers

  • Agarbattis and related devotional products

Many of our products are handcrafted or naturally processed. Minor variations in color, texture, fragrance, or appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

We accept online payments through secure third-party payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

  • Limit quantities per customer

In case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction, we may withhold shipment.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD confirmation) and order confirmation from our side.

Cancellation by Customer:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Operational constraints

If cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partners.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Any re-delivery or re-shipping charges due to incorrect details may be borne by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proper photo/video proof is provided

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 working days and may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Products once used or opened may not be eligible for return unless defective.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and designs are the exclusive property of White Dust Handcrafted.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
